How it works

One coin. One hidden picture at a time. Trading reveals it, and when it seals, five wallets are paid in SOL and sent its editions. Every step is on chain and can be checked. This is the short version; the full rules have every detail.

01

A file opens

Files open one at a time on a set clock that starts at the coin's first trade. At launch the clock runs in 4-hour slots, and a file that seals early hands the rest of its slot to the next one. The slot length can change between files, and the live board always shows how long the open file has.

02

Trading reveals it

Tiles come off on their own as the clock runs, so a picture is fully shown by the time its clock ends. Trading speeds it up: the closer the market cap gets to the next line, the more tiles come off. A new high reveals the rest at once.

03

It seals

A file seals when its clock runs out, or the moment the market cap reaches a new line, whichever comes first. Its five editions are minted: the king shows the picture, the other four a different shot from its clip, and every one carries the clip.

04

Five wallets get paid

The file's pot is paid in SOL to five wallets, and each one is sent an edition straight to its wallet.

05The rules can change

How long each file stays open, the market-cap lines, the splits, and anything else on this page can be adjusted. If a rule is ever adjusted, it happens between files, never during one: it is posted here and on X before the next file opens, and every payout sheet names the rules version it was paid under.

The reserve lock is the exception. It is a Streamflow contract on chain, and nobody can change or cancel it.

Random holderA second draw, same rule10%#5

The hold boost: 1×, plus 1× for every full day a wallet holds without selling or moving tokens out, up to 10×. Buying more never resets it: new tokens start at 1× and the ones already held keep their days. Any sell restarts the wallet at 1×, and so does moving tokens to another wallet. For example, 1M tokens held for six days scores 7M, and 5M bought during this file scores 5M.

The random draw uses the hash of a Solana block from after the balances are read, so nobody can know the winners in advance, and anyone can replay it from the payout sheet. One edition per wallet per file. Our own wallets and contract accounts can never win.

07Where the pot comes from

Every pot comes from pump.fun's creator fee. LARP FILES adds no fee of its own. In the launch minute the fees are locked on chain to the published fees wallet, so nobody, the studio included, can redirect them.

Each share comes off a fee before it reaches the pot, so a pot shown on the page never shrinks. 10% of each pot carries into the next file's pot. Every payout sheet states the studio's SOL for that file.

08The 50 kings

Edition #1 of every file is the king. The kings of files #1 to #50 are the Genesis set, fixed at fifty and never more.

Every day at 00:00 UTC, the holders of the minted kings split that day's 20% equally, one share per king. A king earns a day only if the same wallet held it through that whole day, so a king bought just before 00:00 earns from the next day. Listing a king for sale does not stop it earning, as long as the listing leaves it in your wallet.

09The market-cap lines

Graduation$100K$200K…$1M$2M$3M…every $1M

There are no dates. Every line is a market cap: graduation, then every $100K up to $1M, then every $1M. A line counts the first time it is reached. Reaching one seals the open file at once, and the next file gets the rest of the current slot. No line is ever skipped: if the price runs through several lines in seconds, each one seals its own file, in order, and each pays its own five winners.

Market cap is the price times the coin's supply on chain, the same way DexScreener shows it. Burned tokens don't count, so a burn lowers the market cap at the same price.

10The tokens

The studio's only buy is the coin's first trade: 30% of the supply. In the same minute, 5% is burned and 25% is locked in Streamflow. That 25% is the reserve: it releases evenly every day for 18 months from launch, about 456,000 tokens a day, to the published Reserve wallet. No cliff, and nothing in a lump.

What the Reserve wallet does with its tokens is open: rewards, keeping, selling or burning. Every outflow is posted before it moves. Ideas, not promises: bounties for threads that expose larpers, drops to long-time holders, bonuses for king holders, paying artists and clippers, topping up pots.

The exact rule →

11Before the first trade

Three things are promised before the first trade, not tied to any market cap: the token lock is published, the whole mint path is proven on devnet, and the distribution log is live from day one.

No side wallets, no bundles. The studio's only buy is trade #1: 30% of the supply, 5% burned and 25% locked in the same minute. Apart from that one buy, the creator wallet never trades the coin, and it can never win a file.

What never happens →

12Check it yourself

Every file's payout sheet is posted with the winning wallets, the SOL paid, both ends of its window, the supply its market cap was measured on, the top hold scores, the draw's seed and tickets, and every transaction signature. Anyone can replay the draw.
